Founder of ‘Shaday Retreats’
Shaday is a yoga teacher and the founder of Shaday Retreats—braiding devotion, movement, breathwork, and meditation into immersive global journeys. As an Ashtanga and Gos tradition yoga teacher, sacred space holder, women’s empowerer, and motivational coach, she weaves mysticism and practical guidance into each retreat, honoring the unique spark in every participant.
Her teachings are grounded in time‑honored yogic lineages and enriched by a life of wanderlust—from the temples of India to the lavender fields of Provence and the volcanic shores of the Aegean. With the soul of a seeker and the curiosity of a wanderer, Shaday listens deeply to each place and practice, curating spaces where beauty, depth, and freedom converge—inviting you to remember the sacred within.

Director of ‘Just Prem’
Shoorasena Das is the visionary founder of the Just Prem Community and an intuitive retreat holder for the past four years. Originally from India, he spent years in the Himalayan monasteries learning from sages and saints, immersing himself in ancient practices and sacred wisdom. Today, he brings that depth of tradition into every gathering as a yoga instructor, healer, and guide.
A multi‑talented artist and devotee of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, Shoorasena weaves his passion for devotional music, filmmaking, and healing frequencies into transformational experiences. His one‑of‑a‑kind meditations—born of Himalayan silence and devotional song—lead participants on a profound inner journey, opening the heart and revealing hidden layers of being.
Through decades of dedicated practice and service, Shoorasena Das has found his purpose in sharing the heart’s language of music and healing. Whether guiding a yoga flow, holding sacred space, or leading soul‑stirring kirtan, he invites you to remember your own Divine resonance.
