🌿 Terms & Conditions – Knowledge Pilgrimage 2025

This pilgrimage is a sacred offering of sadhana, silence, and shared presence. To ensure harmony, clarity, and trust among all participants, we ask you to please read the following terms before confirming your place.

1. 🗓️ Dates & Duration

We offer three journey options, beginning on 25 April 2025:

  • 8-Day Pilgrimage: 25 April – 2 May

  • 16-Day Pilgrimage: 25 April – 10 May

  • 21-Day Pilgrimage: 25 April – 15 May

2. ✅ What’s Included

  • Accommodation (shared or private depending on tier)

  • All meals from arrival to departure

  • Domestic group transport during the pilgrimage

  • Guided treks and sacred site visits

  • Daily meditation, yoga, and sadhana sessions

  • Evening satsangs, kirtans, and spiritual teachings

  • Support from experienced guides and facilitators

🛫 Note: Flights to and from India (and to Dehradun) are not included and must be arranged individually.

3. 💰 Payment & Deposit

  • 8-Day Pilgrimage (€1,500)
    → A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space
    → The remaining balance is due 2 months before the start date

    16-Day & 21-Day Pilgrimages
    → A 1/3 deposit secures your booking
    → The remaining 2/3 balance is due no later than January 2026, with the final portion payable 2 months before the journey begins

All payments can be made via Razorpay, Wise, bank transfer or any other payment system mentioned on the web site. Payment links will be shared upon registration.

4. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • If you cancel at least 60 days (2 months) before the pilgrimage begins:
    → Your remaining amount (excluding the deposit) will be refunded
    or it can be transferred toward a future pilgrimage

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable

  • In the case of illness, travel restrictions, or emergency, we will do our best to support rebooking for a future journey

5. 🏔️ Physical Requirements & Insurance

  • Participants should be in good physical and mental health

  • The journey includes high-altitude travel and moderate treks — please ensure you’re fit and prepared

  • A detailed packing list and trek info will be provided

  • We strongly recommend personal travel insurance covering altitude, illness, or cancellation

6. ✨ Conduct & Sacred Space

This pilgrimage is a collective offering of devotion and discipline. We ask all participants to:

  • Engage with openness, respect, and presence

  • Honor moments of silence, shared rituals, and teachings

  • Abstain from alcohol, smoking, or recreational substances during the pilgrimage

  • Be mindful in community and retreat spaces

7. 📸 Media Consent

We may photograph or record select moments of the pilgrimage for documentation and sharing future offerings.
By registering, you consent to this, unless you inform us otherwise.

8. 🛬 Travel Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to India

  • The group will begin in Haridwar / Dehradun area — exact meeting details will be shared

  • Transport during the pilgrimage is covered

9. 📄 Agreement

By submitting your registration form and deposit, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

  • Are physically and mentally prepared to participate

  • Accept responsibility for your travel arrangements and personal well-being
